Physicians Currently Welcoming New Patients:
Mahmood Rana, M.D.
Dr Mahmood Rana received his medical training at Tufts University, the University of Vermont and Texas A&M University Health Science Center. During his medical training he held a position at President House Staff Association TAMUHSC and was a member of P&T Committee and other administrative bodies. Dr Rana received a Top American Family Physician Award in 2007 and 2008. He is inspired by his ability to slow or prevent the manifestation of disease and believes that a holistic philosophy is essential for building strong relationships with patients. Dr. Rana enjoys working in a supportive and caring environment among colleagues who like their profession and assist one another when necessary. His experiences around the world have taught him the value of hard work, the importance of patience and dedication and the power of humility and compassion when interacting with patients and their families. Dr. Rana will be seeing patients at both our 40 Steeple Street, Mashpee Commons office location and at our 433 West Main Street location in Hyannis.
Dr. Ann Skopek
Dr. Skopek has been practicing medicine since 1978. Until recently, she operated as an internist at her own practice. She has practiced in Orange, CT and with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Haven, CT. In past employment, Dr. Skopek was a Medical Director at Yale New Haven Hospital Medical Services Organization. She has served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Skopek sees patients at our 349 Route 28, West Yarmouth and 433 West Main Street, Hyannis office locations.
Dr. Jorge Alfonso
Dr. Alfonso attended New York Medical School and Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed his residency at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT. He was in private practice in Fort Pierce, FL, for several years before moving to Cape Cod in 2005. Dr. Alfonso is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Alfonso sees patients at our 349 Route 28, West Yarmouth office location.
Dr. Matt Rittel
Dr. Rittel attended Georgetown University School of Medicine in
Washington, DC. He completed his internship and residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. He arrived on Cape Cod in 2006. Dr. Rittel sees patients at our Mashpee office location.
Dr. Mita Gupta
Dr. Gupta attended New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. She completed her internship and residency at Brown University and was an admitting resident for Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and the VA Hospital. Dr. Gupta arrived on Cape Cod in 2006. Dr. Gupta sees patients at our 433 West Main Street, Hyannis office location.
